In the moderate construction the step wise activities in different subheads namely preparatory work, earth work, concrete work, reinforced cement concrete, brick work, stone work, floorings, wood work, door & windows shuttering, iron &aluminum work, roofing, finishing, painting and polishing, furniture, miscellaneous building work, sanitary installations and fittings, water supply, drainage and sewage, electrical work, interior services, fixtures and Landscaping , driveways etc. shall be done with the latest design, machinery, material as per your particular requirements.
Suggestions for improvement during construction in any of these activities are welcomed from project experts.
The co-efficient for various components such as materials, labour, carriage, overheads, water, electricity are based on generally accepted principles and use of materials and out turn of work as per general trade practice.
The co-efficient of cement consumption shall be followed as per the technical data of CPWD.
The actual prevailing market rates of the material, labour, carriage, wastage etc. has a bearing on selection of materials and processes adopted.
We are registered with the element of sale tax/ turnover tax/ work contract tax, labour laws etc.
We considered the cost of labour welfare, insurance and safety.
Testing of materials shall be done by the National IS codes.
In addition to the components mentioned above suitable arrangement will be provided for site office, pantry, sitting arrangement, drinking water etc.
